Very Good - Excellent Condition

First advertised by BSA in 1909, the Martini Model No.6 used their first small-frame Martini action the same as the military Cadet and Model Nos. 4 & 5 rifles,

The standard Model No.6 rifle had a flat-sided action body as did the No.4 and Cadet rifles. The take-down version, however, required the action width to be increased at the breeching end mainly to accommodate the threading required for the barrel thread locking screw.

This take down example fitted with an early weaver scope model 344 on see through parker hale mounts is consistently very accurate

The muzzle has been threaded for a Parker Hale .22 Moderator & has a thread protector fitted

This is a really nice set up

Comes in a Period Gun Case

Barrel is cut for a Parker Hale .22 Moderator - This is the thread protector
